Preferred formats are square or long/narrow.
From sketching outdoors,
work is finished on site or in the studio. Ideas become
paintings, often within hours.
From soft southern coasts
to the magnetism of Nordic light and landscapes… Travel
is an important part of her life and work.
Working locations include
Purbeck in Dorset, Cornwall, Iceland and Norway.
Wanderlust and the enjoyment of painting overseas probably started with a 3 month artist residency on the Galápagos
Islands after leaving college.
